Nigel Green Property Sales & Rentals Ltd has grown, since January 1991, from a single office Estate Agency, into today being a closely linked network of 8 branches, and firmly established as one of South Devon's leading Independent Property Sales & Rentals agencies, as well as selling properties through its up market Fine & Country branding, and its International and Land & New Homes operations.

The company remains firmly independently owned, with the major shareholder and Managing Director, Nigel Green, who has almost 35 years of Estate Agency experience behind him, still very much actively involved and operating in a "hands on" way.

"Myself and the other Sales Directors, Michael Hart (Fine & Country Office), Richard Hart (Chelston Torquay), Julie Copsey (Kingsteignton), and our Property Rentals Director Paul Rutherford (Newton Abbot), all play an active role in the daily running of the business, ensuring continuity of the service ethos which has been the foundation of our continued expansion and success" said Nigel Green Managing Director.

"We have always sought to provide added value to the house selling and renting processes, by tackling head on the very common objections often expressed by the public about estate agency. Namely communication and feedback on the results of marketing activity and viewing appointments, regular updates on the progress of sales, presentation of property details, and the general attitude of some agents towards service provision".

"When I launched the company in 1991, it was during one of the world’s worst economic recessions on record. Yet we rapidly emerged as a local market leader wherever and whenever we opened a new branch. This successful expansion has been achieved, primarily, by recruiting, training and then motivating the right staff.
